Weekly Greeting - July 28th, 2023
It’s Kathy’s Backpacks time again!
The church has always been a place where young people and old people can learn from one another. Young people can learn from the experience of those older than them and younger people can help those of us who are older see things in a new way and learn about new things.
This Sunday, during the Sunday School hour (9:30 – 10:30 a.m.), we have an awesome opportunity for people of all ages to get together and fill backpacks for children in need in our community. The packing will take place in the gym.
Kathy’s Backpacks, named in honor of Bethlehem member, Kathy Harris, has provided thousands of backpacks since the program began over twenty years ago.
Come join us for an important and meaningful time as we work together to make a difference in our world as part of the family of God!

We continue our worship series “Called to Belong” this week. Our text is Matthew 13:31-33, 44-52. God really is at work in our world in ways that can seem small; but like a tiny mustard seed or a little bit of yeast, what can seem small and even insignificant can make all the difference. Come to worship ready to hear about the amazing things God has done and is doing. Your presence might make all the difference in someone else’s life!
